I’ve given this KFC (Sutton Coldfield) far too many chances. They are aggressively trying to cut their costs and increase their profit at the expense of quality and food safety.

Update after leaving the store: I, however, lost three entire buckets of chicken I purchased for £22.99 as the paper bag used for the packaging tore at the bottom hole. I was at the bus stop directly in front of the store, and the chicken all fell on the ground. Had to come in and purchase a new bucket as the kids were already expecting the chicken. A total waste of my money. You may need to consider getting stronger packaging for the size of the bucket.

Second time we have had a delivery with missing items, 1st time (many many months ago) they finally answered the phone and said go through the KFC app for a refund, that never happened, this time after 32 calls unanswered, my partner had to take the food back. Staff were standing doing nothing and said they couldn’t refund, we would have to go through the app. Had no choice but to have the food remade. WILL NOT be using this KFC again!!! Only seems to be this store that can’t get an order correct; it’s not that difficult. With all the bad reviews, surely management should be sorting their team out!

They serve burnt food that isn’t edible, can’t be chewed, and think that’s acceptable. The coating was rock hard and had to be broken off the meat in pieces; the meat was dry, had sharp edges, and it all had to be binned.
If you order a delivery via an app, you won’t receive a replacement or refund; you’ll just be left hungry and out of pocket. Loss of £30. Order from elsewhere.
