Friendly and fast service. Surprisingly, the chicken tasted better than at other branches in Kilburn and Belsize Park. Fries have improved over the years with salt and pepper these days.

I ordered a delivery via Just Eat from the Swiss Cottage restaurant, and my delivery was 84 minutes late!
I live a 5-minute drive from the Swiss Cottage restaurant. I called the restaurant and, after 6 attempts, got through to staff who were rude and dismissive.
I would rate the service here in negative stars and will never order from this restaurant again.
It is not worth the hassle.

I recently ordered some chicken legs and breast for my guests and I received only chicken breast without any chicken legs, I took the order and I went straight to the shop to complain, I was surprised that the head shef blaimed the ober eat for it, it maid me laugh, the oder eat is not going to change chicken legs with chicken breast, when I was explaining that, the head shef disappeared inside while I was talking, very rude from him, from that time I promised myself never buy again from swiss cottage kFC, with spreading the bad words among my friends and neighbours..

The restroom was filthy and poorly maintained. There was a bad odor, no soap, and the hand dryer was broken. KFC needs to put more effort into keeping its restrooms clean and functional. Disappointing experience overall.
