I recently visited this KFC Bristol, and while the food itself was up to the usual KFC standards — hot, crispy, and tasty — the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. They seemed visibly annoyed when I asked for basic condiments like sauces or napkins and hesitated to provide them, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

The place was so dirty, and there was litter everywhere.
No toilets and we were told to eat fast me my family and just because the cleaner wanted to clean.
It was a nightmare and horrible, not healthy for a food outlet to be so very dirty and not to have functional toilets. No basins to wash hands.
It really needs improvement, please.

Shakes are in really small size, popcorn chicken is tasteless, tenders and fries are really good, but the portion of fries was very small, I would suggest everyone to come to MissMillie’s 🤡

Expect the low standard KFC offers, the store was dirty on both visits. Been a fan of KFC for ten years, but this place finished me. The first order for takeaway was missing items, and he second order looked like the staff crushed some of it.

The food is quite good and usually very fresh and tasty, the dining area is usually very messy and unclean, but the staff are okay, and the Milky Bar milkshake is amazing!
