On January 10th, it was KFC. I bought mini wraps to go. While eating, it turned out that they were very dry. I had to chew for a long time. When I saw what was inside, I almost threw up. I found spoiled lettuce or some paper. 😱 Unfortunately, I will not go there again. I advise you to watch what you eat. Customer service also needs improvement.

Just went to KFC and ordered a 4zinger Burger and there was no salad left in the shop, so they went to the shop and got some and brought it back, so then they put spinach inside it and their gravy is 2 expensive £1.99 each. Ok bye 👋

Can’t fault the service,e, but the food was awful, paid £20.47 for a wrap meal, a fillet burger and 3 mini fillets. The wrap meal was really small, and the burger looked like it was thrown together from 3 feet away., The only good thing was the mini fillet.s

We ordered from here because we were passing through the area, but it’s genuinely such a poor KFC. The next day, we had weird stomachs, so I don’t know if they prepare the food poorly or keep ready-made food under those heat lamps for too long. Compared to other KFCs, the food isn’t great either. It feels kind of dry and stale, like care wasn’t put into making it.

Absolutely the worst customer service at KFC I’ve experienced. I was standing at the till waiting to be served, and two staff members were too busy laughing and chatting with each other to even acknowledge me. It was disgusting how little they cared about the customers in front of them. Their unprofessional behavior made it clear that they have no interest in doing their jobs properly.

The crushes have no flavour, just taste like ice about on the watery side. Chickens dry fries are a little soggyle, would prefer if they had more of a crunch to them..

Overall, sub-par. The food was lukewarm, making no sense as we ordered it for take-away, and we were 5 minutes away from one stop, and there was little traffic. The fries were greasy and soggy. Beans and gravy clumped and were barely making the appropriate sell-by date/time. The Dirty Louisiana was disappointing, nothing like its original taste.

I’m impressed by the improvements at this KFC. The atmosphere has been enhanced very well, the seating has been improved, and the service too. I’m glad this KFC has added the digital ordering machines that some restaurants now have. This made the experience of ordering much easier than it used to be. I was also surprised by how much the timing of getting our order has been improved. Considering we got quite a lot of stuff, we only waited 4 minutes! Amazing! I dropped a star because we ordered a tango bottle with our orders, but never got it, so we had to take everything back to the restaurant and show them our receipt. But it was okay, we got the Tango bottle, it was only a small mistake. Otherwise, I am very impressed with the enhancement of this KFC! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beware when you order a meal they say “that’s comes with a large fries and drink, ok?” when they should be asking if you want to go large at the drive through, when I said I just want medium at the window she said “ohh you will have to drive all the way back around then” so I said ill leave it and went next door to mcdonalds.
Just because she smiles and talks in a high-pitched voice, it’s still annoying, cheeky, and bad upselling.

I have had food here for years before, but over the last 5 to 6 months, the food quality, service have declined drastically. There is no quality control on food, and my whole family had diarrhoea just recently. I have stopped complaining to KFC as nothing happens.
I won’t be eating from this KFC again as this is the 5 time in 2months we had an issue with food. Sometimes portion size, served, and stale food.

The staff member was so rude, acting like she had no time for the customer. The wings were bigger than the piece of chicken. This chicken was given in a 3-piece box meal, and her attitude towards the situation was contradictory and hostile. Refused to amend or change the order when requested, called an additional member over who said completely the opposite of what she tried to explain to me. Re-training is needed in customer service for a few. Won’t be back here.

I ordered a Twister Meal on Saturday, 4th December, which cost almost £7.
The wrap did not look like it was advertised. I took it out of the packaging and wondered why it looked so small. I took a bite and was really disappointed. Unwrapped and all that was in there were 2 pieces of chicken and a bit of pickle. Totally disappointed, I had to add my own sala, det,c. will not be purchasing from this KFC.

I don’t go to KFC very often, but every time I do go to this one, there is always something not working. Sometimes the milkshake machine, nd this time the cold fizzy drinks machine. 🤦🏻‍♂️.
