Rubbish in here can only be ordered at the kiosk (self-service screens); only one is working,anddones out of order. Waiting at the counter for 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged, told to order at these only, as they won’t take orders over the counter. They were both taken up with people doing their orders and no time to wait, were using them a good 5 minutes plus, so they had to leave and still continued to use them.

I ordered food with just eat at 630 pm, but the food didn’t arrive. I ended up having to collect myself at 900 pm, and then to add insult to injury, I only received pieces of chicken after paying for 10. Very poor service.

Had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from a KFC—crispy, flavorful, and delicious. The service was even better! Paige, the team leader, was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service. We visited the drive-in BBQ yesterday for dinner.
When we got home, we were missing items from our order. Unfortunately, this is not the first (or second) time this has happened.
It always seems to be the sides that are missing, especially if it’s a box or bucket meal 👎🏻
Although this is our closest KFC, I think we will be using a different one in th,,e future.

This area is my old manor, but I have not used this KFC since moving away. I was visiting family, so o thought I would try this KFC for the first time. My experience was substandard customer service and substandard food. This now seems to be the norm rather than the exception whenever I try KFC, which is not often these days, as it is always a letdown considering the price I paid. It is not value for money at all, but wouldn’t be so bad if there was decent customer service and decent food provided, but this was not what I got.
