I was handed the wings and requested a refund for wasting my time, which led to an argument with staff who believed the āreplacementsā covered the wasted time and fuel. I was told, āNext time, just call so you can get store creditāāas if that changes the missing items my pregnant partner was craving. |

So we went to the next window, but the staff were cleaning and said, āNo, we are closed.ā After a few minutes, we saw a staff member taking orders in the drive-thru. The worst part was that all the staff who were cleaning were also serving the customers. One of the staff members was mopping while another was wearing green cleaning gloves. |
