I ordered a while ago and while the food tasted good the same could not be said for customer service they wouldn’t even answer their phones it took them over an hour and a half to answer and when they did they were very rude and aggressive it was disappointing seeing that I never had a problem with them up til now please sort your staff out!!

Never ever order from this restaurant, staff don’t care about the quality of your food or experience, and are happy to belittle and mock you in Urdu (under the assumption that you don’t speak their language. Absolute disgrace of a place, and it should be investigated or shut down.

I ordered a rice box, and they completely gave me the wrong box! The amount of rice inside was unbelievably less, with no corn + salad, and my extra added zinger. We called them up and we could overhear the workers say in the back, cut the call, which was disgusting behaviour!

Very bad service. The order was missing an item, and nobody bothered to call you if you wanted to swap something else instead. I attached a picture of one of the burgers; all 3 of them were the same. It is a complete joke. Order for £66, absolutely disgraceful.

So far, one of the best experiences I’ve had, especially the look of the stories is extremely change such fresh. Now Food was extremely fresh as well, especially during lunchtime, so happy, highly recommended.

Terrible service, handed me my food through the window with a bad attitude, forgot half my order, so I had to park up and go in to sort it, no apologies, took ages coming with the rest of my order, and still wasn’t all of it. Pretty much everyone on there looked like they hated their job and couldn’t be bothered to do anything.

If you like things to be missing from your order. Or you really like the texture of cold, chewy chips, then this is the KFC for you. I have given it a few goes to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won’t be going back again. The gravy is watery, and they put too many chicken legs (everyone knows that’s the one with the least meat) in the meals. Their staff do not even know the basics of customer service.

Food is usually pretty good, and the car park can be an absolute state due to the seagulls tearing up litter. When I last attended, you had to order straight from the window. The woman in front of me took about 10 minutes, and because of the queue behind, I was trapped and just had to sit there and wait. Staff apologized, but don’t think they made any effort to speed the woman up or care that people were stuck in the queue.

I noticed this KFC branch when driving over the St Phillip’s Causeway and today decided to use the ‘drive-thru’ to collect some food for me and Mrs C. This branch is very easy to access, and the staff taking the order and ‘delivering’ the food were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this branch again when in this part of Bristol.

Not the best KFC I’ve been to, it was a weekday lunchtime, floors littered with stuff, some dirty tables, the fries warm and not fresh, chicken thigh very dry, Pepsi Max ok !! Maybe not enough staff, but just a bit disappointed for my monthly treat.
The outside area is disgusting with litter from bone idle humans because there are plenty of bins around the car park !!!

This was the best KFC, but unfortunately, the drive-through served me a lukewarm Mighty Bucket for 1 and a hot chocolate that tasted like hot water. They did redo it, but it was not good enough.
