I ordered the food for 6pm, it is now 6.55pm, and no sign of the food. The time says it will be another 30 minutes, I can’t think for the life of me why it should take so long to get one meal sent out! I have my food delivered as I’m disabled, and find it difficult to get out! My meal actually arrived at 10pm, so the courier was told it was too late, I had to go to KFC Filton in the end at 7.30pm!

I was reluctant to go, looking at some of the reviews, but found out that it’s not true. The staff are really good and efficient. They helped me with my order. I think it’s your attitude that you get back. Be polite and respectful, and you get it back.

Really disappointed, took family here – cold food, they scrimped on the sauces they put in the burgers. Chips felt stale – chicken stank. To be fair, will be speaking to the manager – £40 worth of food – served in 2 mins –

I went on drive-thru, ordered for might bucket, took my order, kept on another sea, turned back to ask for some napkins and ketchup, they closed the drive-thru window. Didn’t even ask do I needed anything else, though he would have forgotten and knocked on the window and asked for napkins and ketchup, another man angrily looking at me asked “what”, I was scared and requested items, he gave me napkins and ketchup. That was really rudest customer service I could get.

Had the loaded fries. Why was the sauce on the bottom and the chicken and fries on top? Shouldn’t be called loaded fries… instead, loaded sauce. How stupid do you have to be to do this 😂. Anyway, ay there were also a few defecations around and food on the floor.

If they give me a bucket, of course I need more ketchup with them, but they always give me 2 mayos, 2 ketchups, as I feel embarrassed to ask again and again and again. If there’s one thing I can say about this KFC, it’s that they never miss. Food has always arrived extremely,, staff are always very friendly, and overall, the best KFC I have been to. The other night, my friend and I ordered a meal. It took a little long, and the manager kept a keen eye out, saw that we’d been waiting, and was very understanding. He decided to throw in an extra popcorn chicken for us, and gave us a complimentary drink to moisten the palate whilst we waited. Top staff, delicious chicken, and a 5/5 for me.

Hairs. Hairs. Hairs. Whatever happened to hairnets? Can you spot them all? There are 3 to find in my picture. They are dark black, I’m blonde. There were two on the lid of my ricebox, and one hair I found once I finished my food. Nice.
