KFC Dolmen Mall offers the classic KFC experience with crispy chicken and quick service. Conveniently located in the food court, it’s a good spot for a quick shopping bite. The food is usually consistent, though service can be slow during busy hours.

These people have no manners when it comes to dealing with customers. I told them I don’t like mayo and to please add spicy sauce instead they normally put in burgers. But when I asked them to skip the mayo and just add spicy sauce, they started talking rudely. They said there would be an extra charge for the sauce. Honestly, KFC is such a big brand, but these people clearly haven’t been taught how to treat customers properly.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC Dolmen Mall. The fries were served cold, which completely ruined the taste. To make matters worse, no forks were provided for the loaded fries, making it inconvenient to eat. The Twister bread was also stale and far from fresh.

We went there for Eid shopping at Dolman Mall Clifton, at Iftar time, seating arrangements were full luckily I got the seats on the second floor of the food court, but lots of people sat on the floor and stairs. Food was awesome, and most importantly the environment was so good, I enjoyed it the most.

Ordered 3 burgers and one pack of hotshots for my kids around 5 in the evening, and it took them 18 minutes to get it ready. Not only me other people were also complaining about the slow service that too at non rush hour. Other than that the food was good but definitely service needs to be better.
