I always get food from here, and today they really disappointed me. I came to get my food, and they gave me 2 sausages instead of 3 in the family boneless meal. I asked why for many years, 3 sauses came in, and the guy was so rude about it and saidSorryy I can’t help you, you can only have 2 sauses. And I asked for the manager, and the guy said I am the manager. I said for many years I have been coming here and getting 3 sausages, and he was so rude about it. He should go take a course on how to treat customers right. How does KFC even accept this person as a manager? Never will come again and never would recommend anyone to come here.

She had a great smile, and it brightened my day!

Absolutely diabolical burgers missing, weetabix missing, and the chicken and chips were burnt and y a,n d stone cold.
Contacted them and they wouldn’t refund me for my missing items, but said the cost would be taken off my next order.
